Job Descrption
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and excellent negotiation skills, with a passion for advocating for clients' rights and interests. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. This role requires a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards while delivering exceptional legal services.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues and prepare detailed legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Maintain accurate records of all... case-related activities and communications.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law to provide informed counsel.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Experience
- A qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid practising certificate.
- Proven experience in a relevant area of law is preferred but not mandatory; newly qualified lawyers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A commitment to professional development and staying informed about industry trends and changes in law.

Pay: £73,223.00-£82,006.00 per year
