Paralegal in Immigration and Family law at arden solicitors advocates

Job Descrption
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration and Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in Immigration and family law cases, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. The candidate must also have advocacy skills.
Duties
- Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents related to family law matters
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Follow instructions, and able to draft detailed statements
- Handle administrative tasks to support the legal team
Qualifications
- Degree in law, LPC or qualified at the Bar.
Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office software
- Strong IT skills to navigate legal databases and systems
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks... efficiently
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,402.00-£24,000.00 per year
