ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced criminal lawyer seeking greater support and the structure a larger company can offer. If you're a sole practitioner who wants to spend more time working with clients and less time doing administrative work, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role you'll manage a wide variety of cases ranging from impaired driving to more serious offences such as sexual assault. You'll manage a robust caseload from intake... all the way to trial. There is a strong client-facing aspect to this role, with conversion of case intake being a major component. You'll also act as a role model and mentor to younger lawyers in the organization.
THE REQUIREMENTS
• A license to practice law in Ontario
• 5+ years of experience practicing Criminal Law
• Reside in or near London ON
• Have a strong ability to convert leads via the intake process
