About You:
• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in IP and/or trade law.
• Strong understanding of UK and/or EU IP law, including trademarks, patents, copyright, and designs.
• Experience with international trade regulations and trade remedies (e.g., anti-dumping) is a plus.
• Confident communicator with great client relationship skills.
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional client service commitment.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
• 2+ PQE in a common law jurisdiction, gained at leading law firms or IP practices.
• Knowledge of international portfolio management for trademarks and designs, international clearance projects, negotiations for contentious IP matters, and more.
• Ability to handle high-volume workload and deadline-driven work effectively.
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights other than trademarks, including copyright and design rights.
