This is a newly created role where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Assurance/Monitoring officers to review and assess financial advice, conduct thematic reviews, and oversee processes and controls to maintain the organization's market leadership. The role offers the opportunity to shape the function and contribute professional insights on best practices.
The primary objective is to cultivate a culture that ensures regulatory compliance, adherence to advice and T&C standards, and company-wide quality benchmarks.
Candidates may work remotely with occasional travel to head or regional offices. We are also hiring for various positions within this team at different levels.
