Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will work directly with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to support our global teams in various marketing activities. Your role will involve providing assistance in brand management, content development, campaign... support, marketing analytics, event coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be working with cross-functional marketing teams and colleagues across different time zones. Prioritisation skills are crucial to ensure the delivery of exceptional results while adhering to company guidelines. Rest assured, you will receive all the necessary support to foster your growth, development, and continuous learning of new skills.
How you'll make an impact
• Support the global Gallagher Re marketing strategy through marketing activities including client events, webinars, direct mail, advertising, email marketing automation, social media and other channels
• Assist with the creation of materials for effective business development efforts
• Support the Event Marketing Lead as needed with the coordination of group events and speaking engagements
• Partner with business teams to create and deliver thought leadership to core audiences, working closely with compliance teams when necessary
• Assist with social media campaign management
• Extract and summarise marketing data from various sources (Salesforce, Power BI, marketing automation, social media, Google analytics etc.)
• Work closely with our Design team to produce new graphics, templates, and branded materials
• Establish and maintain project schedules
About You
• Experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B marketing within consulting and/or commercial insurance.
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and customer facing skills are required
• Familiarity with project management tools are preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing automation and Salesforce preferred
