General Maintenance Operative£38,000 + Overtime + Career Development + TrainingA multi-national facilities maintenance organisations are looking for 3 General Maintenance Operatives for one of their brand new sites in the Moorgate area. The site is a critical banking facility, fitted out with state of the art equipment so if you’re looking for a change after working on old worn out plant, this could be the role for you! Due to the critical nature of the site, this is a shift position, working a continental shift pattern (days and nights) which eliminates the need to be on call whilst you’re relaxing at home. It is important to have previous experience in the building services industry, with a track record carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance in plant rooms.
