Our client, a highly established and successful property management company is seeking a Maintenance/Handyperson for their property's sites and estates in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be working alongside and managing an assistant maintenance worker.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day maintenance and general DIY tasks across various sites - buildings and apartments
• Undertake various repairs and improvements as needed.
• Responsible for the purchase of materials as required
• Strong customer service skills
• Supervising an assistant

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience or proficiency in a trade - such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, or gardening
• Strong background in building and site maintenance or extensive DIY experience.
• Reliable with strong work ethics

Requirements:
• A passion for hands-on maintenance work
• Manual handling
• A full, valid driving license
