As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to join our Team based in Redhill.
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will play the leading role in the running of our Production Workshop, overseeing site and employee performance, safety, quality and customer service. You will ensure that policy and process is... followed, and consistency maintained across all workshop operations and that a safe working environment is operated and maintained at all times.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager will include:
Productivity of workshop
Maintaining level of quality, including Quality control
Communication with Production Director on constraints to productivity and maintenance
High levels of housekeeping maintained
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:
Previous experience as a site / Bodyshop in the automotive industry
Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead a team to deliver results.
Good attention to detail and comfortable using MS office.
Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
