Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Program Manager to lead and coordinate our design initiatives. This role will bridge the gap between design, product, and engineering teams, ensuring that our UX projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design principles, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of UX design projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to facilitate communication and collaboration across... teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and addressing concerns to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UX design workflow.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including staffing and tools, to ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
• Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to track progress, measure success, and communicate results to leadership.
• User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that user research and testing inform decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design or project management, with a focus on digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX design processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
