Project Summary
:
Do you have experience of providing controls testing expertise, within an IS / IT programme?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading Investment and Asset Management company), in validating and testing a number of controls.
The project needs a consultant who:
• can validate and test a prioritised set of IS and IT controls
• navigate and follow an established test methodology
• document the test result and make evidence based conclusions
• Liaise with business stakeholders to manage the controls process and outcomes
Key Areas of Work
:
The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:
• Perform controls testing via an established enquiry method.
• Manage and conduct 'walk through' meetings with process leads - including background process and document review.
• Arrive at final assessment judgements via a thorough, methodical and documented approach.
• Communicate test outcomes to business leads
Mandatory... Skills/Experience
:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Demonstrable track record in controls management and process delivery.
• Ideally experience within IS programmes - specifically within Access Management, Network Segmentation, Recovery and Resilience, Information and Cyber Security.
• Independent management of controls testing including scheduling of walk through meetings, undertaking the control testing and full documentation
• Stakeholder management
Optional Skills/Experience
:
• CISA qualification preferrable
