At NXTLVL, we're leveraging AI and innovative game design to build the next multi-billion dollar educational platform. Our vision is to empower children to become well-rounded problem solvers through immersive, AI-driven learning experiences, developing timeless skills essential for thriving in the AI era. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the UI/UX of all our digital products, including the innovative Problem Solving Club. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that delight both parents and kids!
What you'll do:
Lead the design of digital products, including mobile apps and web-based platforms, from concept to delivery.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct user research and usability testing... to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
Design immersive AI-powered learning experiences that develop essential Power Skills in children through engaging games and simulations.
Work closely with AI developers to integrate AI teammates, coaches, and opponents into our games, creating dynamic and personalized user experiences.
You have:
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer and a wealth of experience in the design field.
• A problem-solver mindset with strong user empathy.
• Comfort with running user research and talking directly to users.
• Expertise in both building UI components and UX.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Principle.
• Comfort in building user flows and customer journey maps.
• Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced industry.
• Passion for preparing our kids for an unpredictable future :)
