Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
The TV Admin Coordinator has overall responsibility for the timely delivery of content to TV broadcasters and online outlets in the UK and across the globe.
ROLE
This is a pivotal role that demands project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. As a Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to a diverse multinational team of Versioning Producers, contributing significantly to the timely delivery of all content and the approval of assets in territories that necessitate clearance.
• Expertly manage the trafficking of broadcast and social assets for a diverse range of UK and International campaigns.
• Collaborate with media agencies and clients to receive and interpret comprehensive media plans.
• Set internal delivery and clearance deadlines meeting broadcaster requirements
• Handle the trafficking of broadcast instructions through CARIA.
• Manage trafficking of radio playout through Audiotrack and J-et.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with broadcasters and clearance bodies, ensuring the accurate and timely playout of ads.
• Proficiently handle a high volume of Clearcast submissions, effectively liaising with Clearcast to secure UK clearance within specified deadlines.
• Oversee and coordinate deliveries for UK and International playout orders, utilizing XR (Adstream) and Peach Connect.
• Ensure the creation and delivery of broadcast and online assets are in accordance with the correct specifications.
• Collaborate with internal Versioning Producers, Scheduling, Creative, Operational, and Technical personnel.
• Provide support to Account Managers in reporting and problem-solving.
• Communicate with media agencies to gain a comprehensive understanding of campaign requirements, nurturing relationships.
• Offer assistance to the existing TV Admin Team members, ensuring accurate workload coverage and seamless teamwork.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Demonstrable experience of working within a post production operation, Creative agency, TV Admin department or Buying Agency is desirable
You will also be able to demonstrate:
• TV Spot broadcast trafficking understanding
• Understanding of variable delivery deadlines for TV stations
• Knowledge of using one or more broadcast delivery platforms
• Experience of reading and understanding broadcast airtime media plans
• Experience of prioritising large workloads
