We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead and grow our Quality team in a dynamic environment. As a key member of the Quality team, you will oversee systems, operational delivery, and validation activities. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership in coaching, mentoring, and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in a GMP environment, with a focus on QA and hands-on experience in QMS oversight. Knowledge of validation activities is essential, as well as auditing experience. • Experienced in a QA capacity within a GMP environment
• Aseptic experience is beneficial but non-sterile environments will also be considered
• Leadership and management experience... preferred
• Hands-on experience in a range of quality activities
• Auditing experience, lead auditor experience advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of validation activities
