The ROLE
Due to continued growth of their EMEA business an opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer to join their successful team.
You will be responsible for a variety of QC functions, concentrating on welding, including;
• Non-destructive testing and weld inspection
•... Quality control of fabrication
• Carry out Weld Audits to ISO 3834
• Project Processes are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
• Knowledge of ASME & CSWIP 3.1
• Help QHSE within the organisation
• Continuous improvement
• Internal & supplier audits
• Quality control & inspection of manufactured equipment
The CANDIDATE
The successful Welding Inspector - Pressure Vessels/Welding QC Engineer candidate will be a talented and intelligent engineer with the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation.
You will require;
• A good engineering skill set (Apprenticeship, HND, Degree, etc.)
• QC Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Fabrication/Welding knowledge
• CSWIP
• PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)
