Experience – 2-5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
To develop a deep knowledge of the market line products under checking. This should be from both a process (process manuals/authoring tools), and commercial (understanding how the products are used) point of view.
To monitor the quality of output from the production teams, ensuring all checks and content problems are logged and clear feedback given to the relevant teams.
To highlight persistent problems to management so that steps can be taken to improve processes and training to prevent these errors from occurring in the... future.
To work alongside management on the development of new products for the market line which is an advantageous platform.
Competencies
Effective teamwork and leadership skills along with sharp communication skills
Fluent user of English
Broad knowledge of market line content processes and up to date product standards as determined by current commercial needs
Broad company, industry and country knowledge.
High level of attention and sharp process orientation skills
