Join our Tech Team to be a part of making circularity real for the world’s largest brands.
You will help own and maintain the security of our IT real estate, which ranges from employee laptops to hardware deployed at our customers’ sites. This will include being part of the new employee onboarding journey, helping us maintain our SOC2 accreditation, and helping manage the IT set-up in our office. In addition, a small fraction of the role will be spent helping manage the facilities side of our office.

This position is perfect for you if you’ve got:
IT
• Experience with managing employee laptops. This will include the set-up and maintenance of our collection of laptops through an MDM solution. As laptops come up for retirement, you’ll also be responsible for appropriately recycling this equipment.
• Customer hardware devices. We have a growing set of hardware deployed for customer projects. As this continues to grow, it will require further consideration as to the best way to manage and maintain it. In addition, as customer projects end, you would be required to help manage the winding down of these devices and their safe return to PENTATONIC.
• Cybersecurity. We take this seriously and hold ourselves to the highest IT security standards. You would help maintain our SOC2 accreditation.
• Office Zoom / audio equipment. Help support the team in the office by ensuring efficient meetings with equipment that just works! You won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves to fix this when issues arise.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution. We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
Workplace
• Support the continual improvement of our workplace environment to ensure that the office is a great environment the team enjoys coming to.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain the upkeep of our office, including cleaners, building contractors, etc.
• Health and safety. Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
