Job Title: Infrastructure L1+ Support Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location: Near Central London, UK (4 Days Work form office and 1 Days work from Home)
Job Description:
• Good Knowledge, hands on working on Azure (L1 plus level)
• Software installation and troubleshooting.
• Creation and management of user accounts.
• Raising issues, calls, and liaising with third-line support( for application/product support teams)
• Prompt response and resolution of support calls.
• Escalating issues that cannot be resolved at 2nd line level last shift and can not be managed by out of hours support team.
• Good usage knowledge of ITSM Tool (Zendesk, HaloITSM or freshservice)
• Assist IT Services Team Leader and Group IT Manager:
• Azure administration
• IT projects
• Domain management
• Network management
• Application management
• Hardware Management
