Senior BI Analyst
The person will be accountable for building effective analytical products, transforming transactional data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled individual, demonstrating strong data visualization skills, from design thinking through to creative solutions. They will be required to work at pace, using agile working methodology that enables an iterative approach to project delivery. I staff, sharing their knowledge and learning from other analysts on the account and across the JLL B.I community.

Data is Governed:
Analytical solutions should be based upon data defined and documented based on business rules and consistent ways of working.
When solutions are placed into production, the underlying data should comply with the account’s Data Architecture strategy; data being defined and structured once through relational models, then used multiple times through published Tableau Data Sources.
Data is Accessible:
I Analyst should be implemented in partnership with the Business Partnering Team responsible for supporting business users to identify actionable business insights from the data.
I Analyst, the efficiency of the account’s analytics should be maximized, ensuring Dashboards are developed using industry-leading techniques and constantly referencing best practices identified through the BI community.
The account’s use of B.I should always seek innovative and new techniques that drive increased efficiency and savings through effective utilization of data.
I Analyst should be informed business decisions and planning, based on insightful analytics. I communities to ensure continuous personal learning and knowledge sharing with other members of the B.Be a BI expert with knowledge of data visualization and analytical techniques.
Bring global experience and best practices to bust silos and ensure effective utilization of data.
Provide proven examples of having utilized Tableau and Alteryx to develop innovative solutions to complex requirements.
Key stakeholder and collaborator, getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people.
Experience with agile methodology.
Consistently exceeds performance targets and takes quick corrective action when required.
Evidence of creating innovative solutions that push the known boundaries of analytical tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
Able to clearly position the JLL brand in the industry and raise its profile.
Instills a proactive mindset that enables the organization to anticipate versus react.
Influences others, engages and inspires proactive collaboration, builds talent, communicates effectively, and builds relationships.
