We are a leading UK convenience food manufacturer with a mission to enhance the taste of everyday life.
Our team of approximately 800 members at Bow and 450 at Heathrow produces a wide range of food products for major retailers across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
• Driving significant improvements in operational performance
• Implementing performance control systems and leading diagnostic ideation
• Conducting line studies and leading improvement teams
• Coaching frontline teams and GMs in performance behaviors and best practices
• Providing insight into improvement opportunities by interpreting site P&L
What We're Looking For
• Experience in project management and root cause analysis
• Demonstrated skills in lean improvement techniques
• Ability to travel to Bow and Heathrow sites and be onsite 5 days a week
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead people through change
