Synchro is proud to be partnering with a well-established and popular fashion retail brand, who are looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Specialist with a broad technical skillset, including a solid working knowledge of Business Central.
As an experienced Support Analyst / Support Specialist you will offer triage and support as well as your subject matter expertise across the business on a number of areas, including specific application support covering Business Central. Ideally you will also have knowledge of integrations, APIs as well as monitoring and alerting.
This role requires an excellent communicator, and you will be comfortable in mentoring a Junior Application Support Analyst in the team. This client is based in Central London, however hybrid remote working is on offer here with 3 days on site, and 2 days working remotely.
Experienced Application Support Analyst / Engineer with strong... organisational and planning skills.
Skilled in supporting a broad range of technologies / applications
Comfortable in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and team members.
