About the Team: In Europe, EQT Exeter is a diverse team of c. +160 professionals with offices in 12 countries and counting. Across Europe, EQT Exeter invests in living (BTR/PRS, Student Housing) and logistics (big-box, mid-box and last-mile) value-add, core-plus and core real estate.
About the Internship: The EQT Exeter Summer Internship Programme strives to develop young real estate professionals by immersing them in all aspects of property investment and asset management - from underwriting and investment analysis to due diligence and closing as well as leasing, financing, property management, reporting and capital raising. The selected interns will ultimately work on both residential and logistics transactions across all verticals. The 10-week internship programme runs from mid-June through August 2025 and will be based in London.
Key Responsibilities: The 10-week programme will include much of the following:
• Financial analysis to support the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of properties
• Provide acquisition support alongside the diligence and legal teams for the creation of IC memorandums
• Proactively provide updates for pipeline and leasing reports as well as Quarterly Reports
• Update marketing materials including tour cards, pitch books and LinkedIn posts
• Ad-hoc research requests and updating templates / checklists
• Site visits and client meetings as needed
Candidate Profile: A potential intern seeking an immersive real estate role should be a good collaborator / team player with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with Excel helpful but not required. European languages a plus but not required.
