6 Month Contract - Inside IR35
UK Based - Fully Remote
Migration to AWS
THE ROLE:
My client is looking for an Oracle DBA to help lift and shift an Oracle Database running on AWS Vmware to an Oracle DB on EC2. As part of this there is a lot of database debt that needs to be re-mediated and a potential upgrade from v19 to a newer version. The client is also considering a possible shift to AWS RDS.

THE CONTRACTOR:
The contractor needs to demonstrate good cloud knowledge and experience of migration from Oracle to AWS. Have previous experience with: Set up, Installing and Configuring the Database, Tuning performance, Backup disaster recovery, Managing security and Maintenance. The contractor will need to be SC Cleared as the project is with a Public Sector client.
SC Clearance is crucial.
