Would you like to work for an ISP/MSP that partners with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Microsoft? Our client is seeking a Network Operations Center Manager to join their growing team in London.

Company Overview:

• Technology partnerships with Aruba, AWS, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, Nokia, Cisco Meraki, and more
• Specializations in Networking, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Data Centre/Colocation, Network Security, SD-WAN, and Connectivity
• Offices located in London, Manchester, and New York
• Clients include Channel 4, NHS, Costa Coffee, and Virgin Atlantic

Role Overview:
• Manage escalated network issues as a Network Operations Center Manager
• Lead the development of skilled NOC engineers (3rd line)
• Ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and development of client networks
• Mentor and lead 3rd line network engineers
• Identify opportunities for skill enhancement and... training

Requirements:
• SC Clearable
• Prior managerial and leadership experience
• Strong technical expertise in Cisco and/or Juniper
• Knowledge of routing and switching, network security, and ITSM (ServiceNow)

Location:
• City of London (Hybrid)

Package Includes:
• Up to £85,000 Basic Salary
• Quarterly Bonus (5% - 10%)
