Central London & WFH Package: £40,000 + Training + Excellent Benefits Overview One of the UK's leading MSP's is looking for 2nd Line Engineer to join its managed services team to provide expert systems & end user support for a range of clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and develop skills surrounding all aspects of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
As a 2nd Line Engineer you will provide 2nd line (onsite & remote) support for client IT issues. Administer and maintain Windows Servers. Manage and administer Azure environments. Manage and support the... Office 365 stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint. Setup and manage devices using Intune and Autopilot Manage and support virtual servers, using VMware and Hyper-V. Support Windows and macOS devices Monitor and troubleshoot networking equipment (routers, switches, VPNs, etc.).
Provide support on an exciting range of projects Work closely with 1st line support to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of issues. Document procedures, processes, and technical configurations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Key
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar technical support role within an MSP or similar environment. Windows Server administration. Experience in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint. Azure AD/Entra . Solid understanding of VMware and Hyper-V. Experience troubleshooting networking components, including routers, switches, and VPNs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
