Role Overview
System Operations are responsible for the in-life maintenance and management of software, both supplier and in-house. The team provides support to the rest of the business in the correct and compliant use of the systems according to agreed business process.
A new opportunity for a process driven, detail orientated person who can work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally. The Systems Operations Administrator will work within the Software Development team and cross-functionally with Sales and Product.
Responsibilities
· Configuration and operational administration of internal systems including Salesforce CPQ, Halo, Access Dimensions, and other systems as required to support the business
· Support internal systems, using root cause analysis to remove blockers, reduce escalations and improve workflow
· Configuration and maintenance of Product Catalogue, stock items and pricing to allow sale of bespoke solutions
· Processing of change requests to the above system, including escalation and approval as well as working with Software Product Owner to document requirements and then implement
· Apply information security approach to the handling of data
Requirements
· Ideally you will come from a technical background, with strong knowledge of systems administration/management/operations.
· Ability to analyse a problem and identify possible solutions
· Passion for solving problems and implementing solutions
· Inquisitive mind and curious nature, with a drive to get to the root of all issues
· Works without supervision and proactively, taking responsibility for the success of their own work
· A collaborative mind-set, can work with other people to solve problems
· Comfortable working as part of a team, and cross-functionally
· Comfortable with digital technologies and adapting to use of new tools, and software
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Visio etc.)
· Has a Business IT bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
