This is an exciting and varied role where you will use your engineering knowledge to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met across the department whilst also implementing continuous... improvements.
This role would suit someone from a production/manufacturing background with leadership experience looking for an exciting role in a fast paced environment whilst managing a team.
The Role
• Managing a production team of 20
• Overseeing the smooth running of the production department
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm (flexible hours available)
