This role will provide effective volume recruitment within the recruitment team that looks after 300 - 400 plus vacancies at any one time. The post-holder will have experience within high volume recruitment or similar environment that is ever-changing/ fastpaced, where organisation skills are a must. What You'll Be Doing.... Managing high volumes of vacancies - 50 at once across multiple sites Advertising vacancies in an attractive and exciting way Recruitment fairs What You'll Have.... High volume recruitment experience, experience of blue collar roles would be desirable but not essential Proven organisational skills in a fast-paced environment Great... people skills/ relationship builder Strong admin skills including use of databases and Excel Able to work in a process driven environment What You’ll Get In Return....
