We are recruiting for motivated and ambitious individuals, who have proven experience in exceeding targets to join our growing team as a Recruitment Consultant. The role will be situated in London
Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
• Manage a full 360 warm desk with active vacancies, whilst also bringing in new business opportunities and developing client relationships
• Headhunt and network within the Pharma Industry globally, to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base.
• Solve high level strategy problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidate and client
• Successfully place candidates into niche positions across the Life Sciences
• Understand the market trends and growth within the sector.
About you:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long term business relationships
• Keen interest in personal development and looking for a role with... progression based on merit
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of high achievement or hitting targets
• Thrive under pressure and have set goals
• Previous experience in either recruitment, sales or consultative sales background.
