What the job involves
• As a Recruiter at Apollo, you will be responsible for helping us grow our GTM team by recruiting a high-performing, caring, and diverse team,
• You are critical to the company’s success and set the tone a candidate has with us,
• This is a full-cycle role where you'll source, close, strategize, consult hiring managers, and hopefully have some fun while doing it!,
• Drive Talent Acquisition: Utilize multiple channels to identify and attract top talent, helping us build our GTM team,
• Consultative Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers, executives, and the recruiting team to understand open roles, market trends, and the competitive landscape,
• Strategic Recruitment: Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source and onboard top talent,
• Candidate Engagement: Screen candidates, engage them with compelling pitches about opportunities at Apollo and guide them through the recruitment process,
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to extending offers,
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our recruiting processes, leveraging your experience with ATSs like Lever, Greenhouse, and Ashby
