We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented HR leader to join the Universal Products & Experiences team in London as a Senior HR Manager for EMEA & APAC. This interim position will provide HR leadership, advice, coaching, and guidance to the UK Consumer Products employees while overseeing HR activities across the EMEA & APAC regions.

Responsibilities
• Provide HR leadership support to UK Consumer Products employees
• Create and execute HR strategies to enhance the employee experience
• Interface with country HR teams across EMEA and APAC
• Lead HR projects in the EMEA and APAC regions
• Maintain compliance with workplace respect practices and policies
• Partner with DEI champions to promote diversity and inclusion efforts
• Act as a brand ambassador for developmental offerings
• Oversee HR processes for EMEA and APAC, including compensation planning and promotions
Qualifications
• Proven experience in HR management within a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in managing complex employment cases
• Demonstrated experience in leading DEIB initiatives
• Ability to provide strategic support in a matrixed organization
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
