Job Descrption
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as in-house Talent Acquisition in a software company
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach
• Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment
• Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed
• Guide employees on... HR-related matters
