Job Descrption

A leading securities house with global presence is looking to hire a mid-level HR generalist to support its UK business. The ideal candidate needs to have 5-8 years of related HR experience with a reputable financial institution in the UK, preferable from a securities firm/ trading house. It will be a HR generalist role but relevant experience in HR policy, recruitment and people development will be highly desired.

- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.

- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary

- Assist in recruitment processes and manage administrative tasks for onboarding new hires, including the management of new employment contracts and agreements.
