- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday to manage employee data and generate reports
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills for training sessions or meetings
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or similar platforms
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis
