Reporting to the General Manager/ Financial Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, employee engagement, training, maintenance of employee records... payroll assistance and administrative support to all employees. As HR Coordinator, you will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and that the staff is well-supported throughout their employment journey.

Main Responsabilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews, send out contracts, and manage pre-employment documentation.
• Organize onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information for a successful start.

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
• Support initiatives to maintain a positive, motivating work environment.
• Assist in organizing employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Be the point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related queries.

HR Administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in payroll processes by maintaining up-to-date attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Support the HODs in handling performance reviews, employee grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment, staff turnover, and attendance for management.

Compliance & Policies
• Ensure that the hotel complies with local employment laws, regulations, and hotel-specific HR policies.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and standards.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain integrity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, CIPD, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, hospitality, or administrative roles.
• Prior experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
