Our client is one of the world's leading public service broadcasters.
Fleet Management : Oversee a fleet of around 50 vehicles, including scheduling, allocation, and maintenance coordination.
• Logistics Planning : Plan and execute vehicle movement schedules to support the needs of various departments, including TV and radio production.
• Compliance : Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements, including MOT, insurance, and road safety standards.
• Manage and report on transport costs, optimising efficiency while keeping within budgetary constraints.
• Provide quick, effective solutions to transport-related issues that arise, minimising downtime and disruption to production.
Proven experience in fleet or transport management, ideally within media or events.
• Strong knowledge of UK transport regulations, road safety, and vehicle maintenance.
• Experience in budget management and a commercial approach to cost-saving initiatives.
