QHSE Lead - Food Safety at This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment

Job Descrption
Main Responsibilities:
• To complete HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections
• Support the local unit with any QHSE requirements
• Updating risk assessments
• Coach and develop the staff in the Unit
• Interact with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to safety measures & complete supplier audits and reviews
• Review findings with the management team & create action plans
• Coordinate and manage the customer audits
• Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering
• Affiliation to a suitable professional body
• Minimum of a Diploma in Food Hygiene
• Experience of strengthening ISO certifications
• Excellent... communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills and experience
• Pro-active approach and can-do attitude
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
