With 60+ bedrooms and recently refurbished facilities this has a popular Meetings and Events business with a strong leisure membership and a busy restaurant and bar space.
As General Manager you will be required to manage and develop an already strong management team. You must lead from the front and be available for guests and staff alike. Being willing to work the occasional evening and weekend.
Naturally, you must have a strong commercial focus. Strengthening local business and regular guest relationships alike. Reporting into an Operations Director there is plenty of autonomy in this role to implement and grow your own ideas.
For this General Managers role you must have worked to General Manager level in four or five-star (preferably) lifestyle hotels. You must be hands-on pro-active, and live within a... commutable distance
