Arc are looking for a People Operations Manager specialising in Hospitality Management to join our London team! This is a role dedicated to recruitment of team members to work in the most prestigious hospitality venues. You’ll be sourcing and training candidates, staffing events, checking in your teams across our portfolio of London clients. If you’ve been working front of house and want to make the move to being in an office, but still get the buzz of events and occasionally still run rooms, we have the perfect job for you! Some Hospitality Management experience is preferred as this role will involve running our hospitality management team.
We need someone that is detail orientated, takes immense pride in quality, can spin many plates and delivery high-quality standards in volume. You will need to be a professional yet fun communicator to embody the Arc ethos in client management.

What can you expect?
You will actively take responsibility for the successful recruitment, onboarding and life cycle of our casual Team Members, including right to work compliance checks, through to coordinating our in-person recruitment/induction sessions. You will need to be comfortable working independently on your own projects as well as being a team player.
This is a varied role with excellent development opportunities. You will be required to work at events to get involved in on-site staff check ins, whilst offering support and valuable feedback to our clients and team members.
This is a permanent role, working full-time hours (5 days out of 7) – 40 hours per week.
Because we work at some of the best events in the UK, weekend work is required, as are occasional early starts and late finishes.
Who are we looking for?
• Has extensive front of house experience managing large restaurants at arenas and stadium events
• Has the knowledge to help our Team members excel at large hospitality events
• Can build a team of top-class hospitality flexible workers
• Will be able to train a VIP hospitality teams to give our clients the VIP experience
• Can build great relationships with clients and candidates
• Has experience in Service management - compliance, payroll, administration
We need people who are calm and have a professional manner even when the going gets tough (and it will). You will need to be energetic and driven with a passion to help us deliver recruitment and staffing solutions to events and hospitality in London and across the UK.
