Some of the stadiums we work with are: ExCeL London, Epsom Racecourse, Allianz Stadium (Twickenham)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest services during events.
- Support food preparation and service.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained.
- Help with basic maths for transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and culinary staff as needed.
- Take orders and serve food & beverages to guests.
- Set up the bar areas, clearing and re-setting tables.
- Ensure that adequate glassware, stock, and other items are ready for each shift.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of... food safety practices is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to assist in various event-related tasks
- Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service.
- Experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required.
- Maintain highest standards of courtesy and customer care.
- Explain and advise guests of products/services as requested.
The successful candidates will also be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and customers. The ideal candidate will have a superb attention to detail & take pride in their work.
