Job Descrption
• Addressing customer travel issues outside of regular office hours
• Advising on best value carriers, budgets, and SLAs
• Managing amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes
• Quickly resolving travel disruption, flight cancellations, and emergencies
• Staying informed about changes in the travel industry
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
Skills required for the role:
• Business travel reservations experience
• In-depth GDS knowledge and fares/ticketing understanding
• Ability to work independently and handle problems efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work a varied 24/7 shift pattern
