We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, able to speak mandarin, able to work from 7am shift, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation

Skills:

- Strong culinary... knowledge to accurately describe menu items to guests

- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest service

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and proper handling of utensils

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred

- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately

- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience

- Familiarity with kitchen operations to assist with basic food preparation tasks

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff
