About Us:
Ochre is an exquisite fine dining restaurant nestled within the prestigious National Gallery, offering a high-end culinary experience. Our commitment to excellence in both cuisine and service has established us as a destination for both tourists and locals seeking a memorable dining experience in the Heart of Central London.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced part time Server to join our team and contribute to the exceptional service we provide to our guests.
Server Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary customer service, attending to the needs and preferences of our guests
• Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and allocation of duties to waitstaffs
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the... ambiance of the restaurant
Server Requirements:
• Previous experience as Waiter or Server in a similar supervisory role within a fine dining establishment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of wine and fine dining etiquette is advantageous
