Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restaurants in their assigned areas, focusing on monitoring revenue, profitability, and quality objectives. They will also ensure efficient business operations by maintaining high standards of production, productivity, quality... and customer service.
Entry Requirements:
Minimum requirement for this job is GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification. Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory. Leadership and communication skills are essential. Additional training will be provided at commencement of employment.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• ● Oversee the efficient operation of the stores within their assigned region.
• ● Recruit new staff members.
• ● Organise training and development programs for new employees as required.
• ● Track productivity and production rates to meet targets.
• ● Hold formal meetings and offer support in resolving staff disputes.
• ● Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to assess and address the specific needs of eachstore.
