Salary- £65,000 plus discretionary bonuses
This role is available for an immediate start or from January 2025
The Concept:
This Restaurant offers seasonal produce with Mediterranean flair, all within a fantastic dining room setting.
The Role:
·Offers flexible hours, lots of benefits and development opportunities
·The appointed individual will assume full operational responsibility
·You will be people focused, build and get the most out of the leadership team whilst setting the goals
·The structure is already in place to support you and focus on the team and customers
·You will oversee a front of house team of around 45 and the ideal candidate fosters collaborative and constructive relations with the kitchen team, focusing on sales and maintaining the reputation and standards
The Ideal Person:
·This role will suit an ambitious General Manager experienced in a similar role in a Michelin-starred restaurant or high reputable... London restaurants managing a large team
·Passionate about service and loves looking after people in a busy environment
·A team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
·Energetic, positive and punctual, with an excellent eye for detail
·A professional who is driven by high standards and shows the best example of conduct
·A leader who enjoys planning and implementing staff training
·Hungry to understand all aspects of the restaurants products, suppliers, guests relations and day-to-day operations
·Displays a passion for British and Mediterranean cuisine.
·Exhibits commercial and financial acumen.
·Shows dedication to empowering teams and fostering improvement through training initiatives.
·Thrives in a solution-oriented environment and excels in an independent business structure while reporting directly to an owner.
