We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Duties:
- Assist with food preparation under the guidance of our chefs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Organize and store ingredients and supplies
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
