atis is embodied by our powerful, healthy food. We prepare our products fresh in house, everyday. As a kitchen supervisor you will be tasked with ensuring that passion for healthy food is felt in our product– upholding the atis experience with equally vibrant, fresh, and delicious food. Kitchen supervisor duties also include daily kitchen prep management to minimise waste, keeping inline with our goal to be as sustainable as possible. You will assist your kitchen manager ensuring all members working in the kitchen are following food safety and hygiene practices.

At least a few months experience in a leadership role in a professional restaurant, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen.

Experience in leading and managing a team of 3 to 5 people on a shift to shift basis.

Food hygiene certification.

Food safety knowledge and best practices.

Passion for creating good, healthy, food and a great people attitude.
