Salary: Up to £15 per hour
A leading Middle Eastern restaurant in King's Cross is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This vibrant, award-winning restaurant is known for its authentic and fresh Levantine-inspired dishes, offering a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is eager to work with high-quality ingredients in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes from a creative, seasonal menu focused on the rich flavors of the Middle East.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high standards and consistency in all dishes.
• Help with menu development by bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a focus on Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine.
• A passion... for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavorful dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and attention to detail.
