An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a high-end Italian restaurant in Central London. This expanding restaurant group is known for its fresh, homemade dishes and outstanding team culture, offering excellent career progression within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes
• Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine using the finest, fresh ingredients
• Assist with menu development, ensuring the high-end dining experience... is maintained
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food or high-end kitchen, ideally with Italian cuisine
• A passion for fresh, homemade dishes and delivering exceptional food
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen, even in a fast-paced environment
