Job Descrption
We have exciting opportunities for passionate and energetic Hosts/Hostess to join us in our breakfast team, all day dining, fine dining restaurant, afternoon tea lounge and Pine Bar.
To provide guests with a memorable stay experience that is personalized to their needs, throughout their stay at the hotel by ensuring that the team is responding efficiently to their inquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel.
Food & Beverage Host/Hostess responsible for:
·Greeting guests warmly and showing them to the bar or restaurant in accordance with The Biltmore Mayfair Hotel Service standards
·Transferring guests elegantly from the bar to the best available table and ensuring they are seated according to Service standards
·You're passionate about delivering fantastic and engaging service to all our guests
·You’re responsible for managing the restaurant booking system, optimising covers, and ensuring all guest requests are... effectively communicated to the restaurant teams
·You love to ensure that each guest is made to feel welcomed, comfortable, and receives prompt and polite service during their dining experience
·To assist in opening and closing duties including setting up and support the F&B team.
·Proactively ensure both front & back of house areas are maintained clean & clear
·Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, morning, afternoons and evenings.
Food & Beverage Host/Hostess will have:
·Experience with dealing with guests in a Restaurant/Bar in luxury environment
·Excellent customer service, passionate and committed
·Must have attention to detail and great team player
·Openable experience required
·Positive and “can do” attitude
·Ability to maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
Key Information:
Salary: £ 24744.72 p.a. + Service Charge
Hours of work: 40 hrs weekly

The Biltmore Mayfair opened in September 2019 after undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment. Situated on a super prime location in the heart of Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, will offer 257 luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well as 51 highly-curated and beautifully designed suites, which will reflect the property’s origin as a sophisticated and elegant London private residence.
